Curacao
Curaçao is one of 3 volcanic islands located just north of Venezuela. Along with Aruba and Bonaire, it is part of the Dutch Caribbean, and these three islands make for some excellent diving locations. Curaçao is much drier than the other Caribbean islands, and is located just below the hurricane belt. This makes it a fantastic dive location, but it is usually overshadowed by the more popular Bonaire, which has very similar sites to offer. This makes for a wonderful opportunity to dive in smaller groups, and gives much more chance of the marine life being undisturbed, allowing greater photography opportunities, and a wonderful opportunity for observation and interaction with the sub-marine animal species.
